about us
At Peterson's Custom Woodworking LLC®, craftsmanship has always been personal. We’re a family-run business led by Devan Peterson, alongside his wife, McKenzie, their sons, Theo and Micah, and their Great Dane, Jenks. Our beloved Jules will always remain an important part of our family and the story behind Peterson’s Custom Woodworking.
What began as a simple desire to create furniture of a higher standard grew into a passion for building pieces meant to last. After seeing too much furniture that sacrificed craftsmanship for convenience, Devan set out to create something different — thoughtfully designed, handcrafted furniture where quality can be seen in the details and felt for generations.
From custom dining furniture and distinctive cabinetry to truly one-of-a-kind projects, every piece is approached with the same level of care and attention to detail. Premium materials, thoughtful design, and meticulous craftsmanship come together to create furniture that is as enduring as it is beautiful.
For us, this is about more than simply building furniture. It’s about creating pieces that become part of your home, your gatherings, and your family's story — pieces designed to be enjoyed today and treasured for generations to come.
Our Mission
At Peterson’s Custom Woodworking LLC®, our mission is simple: to craft high-quality, one-of-a-kind wood pieces that combine beauty, functionality, and durability. We believe in investing time and effort into every detail to ensure our creations stand the test of time—pieces you’ll be proud of for years to come.
